‘Lights’ dates back to the night of the release of Nostalgia at Stairwell Creek but was left to brew for years as other commitments took hold. The track features a vintage cassette recording from audio archivist Chris Reierson. Inspired by the excerpt, the composition now stands as an elegy to the inexplicably unexpected separation of affectionate souls, battered by abandonment and engulfment from both sides.
